On 14 December, the Chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security Affairs, Andranik Kocharyan, wrote to his colleagues of the NATO PA member states, presenting the provocative actions carried out by Azerbaijan and called on them to take appropriate steps to condemn similar actions.
