President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree on 29 November, which states:

“Accepting the petition of the Prime Minister in accordance with Article 136 of the Constitution, and Article 5.3, Part 1 of the Law “On State Awards and Honorary Titles of the Republic of Armenia”.

Honorary Consul of the Republic of Italy in Gyumri, Antonino Salvatore MONTALTO, was awarded the Order of Friendship for his significant contribution to the strengthening and development of Armenian-Italian friendly ties.”
