With their deployments, they have created serious problems for the national security of the RA and are causing suffering to the population. Settlements are deprived of water sources, people are deprived of their pastures and other lands, schools begin to cease to function, etc. “At the same time, the Azerbaijani authorities continue the policy of Armenian hatred and enmity, talk about peace with threats of force,” he wrote.
