On 9 November, a particularly serious crime was committed in Pemzashen village of Shirak Marz. At 12:28 p.m., the Police received a report fron Artik fire-rescue service that the door of the house in front of the Pemzashen School was closed.
The Police reported.
Firefighters opened the door. The bodies of 31-year-old Zarine Meliksetyan, her 12-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son were found in the bedroom of the house with cut and stubbed wounds. Representatives of a number of law enforcement structures went to the scene. A criminal proceeding was initiated, within the framework of which operative-investigative measures and investigative actions are being carried out consistently in order to find out the circumstances of the incident as soon as possible.
