On 12 October 2022 a decision was made on the above-mentioned to initiate a public criminal prosecution against the judge A. H. for assisting legalization of a particularly large property obtained by criminal means and for submitting false data in the declaration which is envisaged according to Article 38-190, Part 3, Point 1 and Article 314.3. Part 2 of the Criminal Code adopted on 18 April 2003.

The decision was made on the basis of the facts testifying the commission of the crime obtained by the criminal proceedings investigated in the Investigative Department of the National Security Service.

The Supreme Judicial Council of the RA was informed about the decision in accordance with the Constitutional Law “Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia”, after which an accusation was presented to the judge A.H.

On 8 November, 2022, the RA Prosecutor General’s Office received the indictment of the criminal proceedings with a request to confirm it and submit the proceedings materials to the court.

On 10 November, 2022, the supervisory prosecutor approved the indictment with his decision and handed it over to the Anti-Corruption Court along with the proceedings.
