On 7 November, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, convened an extended working consultation with the participation of the leaders of the factions of the National Assembly and the chairmen of the standing committees.
A number of issues related to the country’s internal and external policy were discussed, structural changes in the expenditure part of the 2023 state budget were discussed.
