RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree on 4 November, which states:

“Accepting the petition of the Prime Minister in accordance with Article 136 of the Constitution, and Article 5.3, Part 1 of the Law “On State Awards and Honorary Titles of the Republic of Armenia

For merits in the education and upbringing of the young generation, to award Naira Avetis SAFARYAN, Vice-Rector for educational processes of the Armenian State Pedagogical University named after Kh.Abovyan, the honorary title of Honored Pedagogue of the Republic of Armenia.”
