The Compulsory Enforcement Service issued a clarification regarding the man who attempted self-immolation at the intersection of Proshyan-Demirchyan streets, in front of the gates of the Government residence.

“Information was spread in the press that the citizen committed self-immolation, the reason for which, according to the information provided by the citizen’s brother, was a fine of 10,000 drams, for which the citizen’s car was first moved by the penalty area of the Patrol Service, and then to the corresponding area of ​​the Enforcement Service.

Regarding the spread news, we consider it necessary to clarify that since 2013, the Service has initiated enforcement proceedings against citizen Aziz U. in favor of various claimants: insurance company, Road Police, condominium, and the total obligation is more than 2 million drams.

Enforcement actions, including declaring a search for the car, were conditioned by the need to ensure the enforcement of the aforementioned obligations. Aziz U. was informed about the enforcement proceedings initiated against him.
