On 4 November, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed a decree on the relieving of Artak Beglaryan from the post of Minister of State.

Ruben Vardanyan was appointed Minister of State.

Let’s remind that Artak Beglaryan was the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of the Artsakh before assuming the position of the Minister of State of Artsakh.
