“I would like to inform that the appeal submitted against the decision to apply a detention measure against Erik Aleksanyan was addressed to Lusine Abgaryan, judge of the Criminal Court of Appeals of the Republic of Armenia.” Alexanyan’s defender Gayane Papoyan wrote on her Facebook page.

“The court decided to carry out the examination of the complaint by written procedure. The decision of the court will be published on 11 November,” she said.
