Self-determination is the natural right of the indigenous people of Artsakh, an inseparable part of the Armenian people. Former human rights defender Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook page.
“Azerbaijan has no natural, legal or any other relationship with Artsakh.
This is the natural way to ensure the rights and security of our brothers and sisters in Artsakh,” he said.
It should be noted that on 30 October, the NA of Armenia convened an extraordinary session at the initiative of the deputies.
Parallel to the meeting, a large rally was held in Revival Square of Stepanakert. According to the National Assembly of Artsakh Republic, around 40,000 citizens from Stepanakert and its regions participated in the rally.
