The Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, announced on Public TV that a ceasefire agreement was reached thanks to the involvement of the international community, without giving further details.
“Naturally, it was not possible to have a ceasefire without an agreement. Let’s hope that Azerbaijan will continue observing the ceasefire,” Grigoryan said.
