Due to the aggressive military actions of the Azerbaijani side in different parts of the RA, we inform you that as of 01:50 the situation along the contact line of Artsakh is relatively stable.

We call on the population of the republic to remain calm and alert, to follow only official information.”

Let’s remind that the RA Ministry of Defense issued a statement saying:

“On 13 September, from 00:05, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces started intensive fire from artillery and large-caliber rifles in the direction of Goris, Sotk, and Jermuk in the direction of Armenian positions.”
