RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree on 12 August, which states:

“Based on Article 139, Part 1 and Article 166, Part 6 of the Constitution, as well as the proposal submitted by the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council dated 4 August, 2022 SJC-76-O-250.

Appoint Judge Marine MELKONYAN of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan City as a judge of the Criminal Court of Appeal.
