President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree on 30 June, which states:

“Based on Articles 139 and 166, Parts 1 of the Constitution, and Article 17, Part 2 of the Constitutional Law “On the Constitutional Court”.

Nominate Hovakim HOVAKIMYAN to the National Assembly for the position of judge of the Constitutional Court.”

Notably, by the decision of the Government, lawyer Seda Safaryan was nominated for the post of judge of the Constitutional Court.

The candidate thanked the Government for their trust.
