Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Office of the President of Azerbaijan, Hikmet Hajiyev, were supposed to meet on 27-28 June, but the meeting did not take place.
“We had had an agreed date before that as well, but it was postponed. There are still no clear reasons why Azerbaijan postponed it,” Secretary of the Council of Ministers Armen Grigoryan said during a briefing with journalists in the government.
