Pursuant to Parts 1-2 of Article 177 of the Constitution, Articles 8 and 145 of the RA Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, by the 16 June decision of the “Civil Contract” Faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Anna Vardapetyan was nominated as a candidate for the position of Prosecutor General.
