In cases when the relations provided are not directly regulated by statute or agreement of the parties and there is no custom of commerce applicable to them, then, to such relations, if it does not contradict their nature, norms of civil legislation regulating similar relations (analogy of statute) shall be applied.
In case of impossibility of use of analogy of statute, the rights and duties of the parties shall be determined proceeding from the principles of civil legislation (analogy of law).
It is not allowed to apply by analogy norms limiting civil law rights or establishing liability.
