The commission for the preparation and organization of the “Junior Eurovision-2022” song contest, took place in the government under the chairmanship of the Head of the Prime Minister’s Office Arayik Harutyunyan, who is theChairman of the mentioned commission. The commission will assist the Armenian Public Television in organizing the European music event.
It should be reminded that at the end of 2021 the Public Television of Armenia got the right to organize “Junior Eurovision-2022”.
The preparations for holding the event at a high level and the forthcoming activities were discussed.
Arayik Harutyunyan emphasized the issue of holding the international competition in our country. The executive director of the Public Television, Hovhannes Movsisyan, presented the program of support expected from each department.
As “Junior Eurovision-2022” will take place at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex in Yerevan, as well as a number of other important events, renovation work is currently underway at the complex, which has also become a topic of discussion.
