The SJC issued a warning to Judge Artush Gabrielyan

On 18 April, 2022, the Supreme Judicial Council issued a decision on disciplinary action against Judge Artush Gabrielyan of the Court of First Instance of the city of Yerevan.

The Council decided to grant the motion submitted by the Ministry of Justice.

Judge Artush Gabrielyan was warned.

The decision enters into force upon publication and is final.
