The deputy of the “With Honor” Faction of the National Assembly Tigran Abrahamyan wrote on his Facebook page.

“There are two main factors that are currently restraining or slowing down Azerbaijan to implement its aggression in the whole scenario.

The first is the non-surrendering type of Artsakh people and even in this difficult situation, in the conditions of the existing resources, self-organization.

And secondly, especially the growing international pressure on Azerbaijan since yesterday.

Russia, of course, has the greatest interest in this issue: the existence of the second front will create big problems for it.

And also that Russia has signed a statement, which Azerbaijan consistently violates, also questioning Russia’s authority.

P.S. “In these days I have witnessed very difficult situations in Artsakh – difficulties, disappointments, uncertainties, but there are still opportunities to get out of this situation,” he wrote.
