The Investigative Committee of the Artsakh Republic informs that the Martuni Region Investigation Division of the Territorial Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Artsakh Republic initiated proceedings in connection with the shots fired in a dangerous manner, motivated by national hatred by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces located in Taghavard village of Martui region of the Artsakh Republic in the direction of Karmir Shuka village of Martui region of the Artsakh Republic but failed to complete the crime in circumstances beyond their control. Namely, the shots were directed at the private houses belonging to Arev Gabrielyan and Sergey Gevorgyan, residents of Karmir Shuka village, Martuni region, of the Artsakh Republic with intention to damage them. The Investigative Committee initiated criminal cases under Article 33-191, Part 2, Clauses 1 and 4 of the Criminal Code of the Artsakh Republic.
