The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that on 21 March, at 07:47, the National Crisis Management Center received an alarm that an explosion had taken place at 4th Alley, 140/1, Arin Berd Street in Yerevan.
Two fire brigades from the fire-rescue detachment of the Yerevan city rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the operative group of the fire-fighting-rescue organization and the rescue group of the special-purpose rescue work center of the Rescue Forces Department left for the scene.
Updat: 10:30 – Rescuers found the body of A.H. (born in 2004) in the ruins.
