The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed and difficult-to-pass roads in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

In Aragatsotn Marz the roads leading from “Amberd” high mountain meteorological station to Amberd fortress and Kari lake, Vardenyats mountain pass, Berd-Chambarak, Vanadzor-Dilijan (due to poor visibility), Alagyaz-Artik, Jermuk-Saravan are closed -Goris, Kapan-Tatev of Syunik marz, Goris-Tatev, Kapan-Kajaran, Lanjar-Lusashogh of Ararat Marz, Mets Sariar-Krashen-Lernut of Shirak Marz, Artik-Nahapetavan, Tsoghamarg-Bavra, Amasia and Ashotsk, Aragats of Aragatsotn Marz Inter-community highways of Vardenis regions are closed.
The Stepanavan bends of Lori Marz, the road from Dilijan bends of Tavush Marz to Bagratashen are closed for trucks with trailers, for other types of vehicles – difficult to pass (in case of using chains).
Spitak bends of Lori Marz, Syunik Marz, Aparan inter-community roads of Aragatsotn Marz, Amasia-Kaps, Jajur-Keti, Artik-Mantash roads of Shirak Marz are difficult to pass.
The roads of Aparan, Aragats and Talin regions of Aragatsotn Marz are icy in places.
Aragyugh-Buzhakan, Artavaz-Hankavan highways of Kotayk Marz, in the section called “Chaini bends”, in Charentsavan region, on the 45-46th km of Yerevan-Sevan highway, in Gegharkunik Marz, Aragats and Aparan of Aragatsotn Marz, Ashotsk, Artik Marzlik and Amasia of Shirak Marz, , Vanadzor-Dilijan, Jermuk-Gndevaz, Hovuni-Jajur-Kaps-Kat highways, and in the mountainous areas of Vayots Dzor region, a snowstorm.
It is snowing in the whole territory of the republic (except for Ijevan and Noyemberyan cities of Tavush Marz).
