Taking into account the important importance of the Automated Case Assignment System for ensuring a fair trial, the RA Prosecutor’s Office has taken the necessary measures to obtain the necessary information for the investigation in the shortest possible time and to exclude obstacles to the operation of the system.

In particular, the forensic expert has already examined the objects to be examined, and the re-operation and operation of the system can not adversely affect the completeness of the objectivity of the examination.

Consequently, the confiscated keys for the operation and maintenance of the system confiscated in the criminal case were returned, and the Head of the Judicial Department of the Republic of Armenia was informed that the assignment system could be restarted,” he said.
