The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic Davit Babayan wrote on his Facebook page.
“Azerbaijan’s provocative policy has one reason – hatred towards Artsakh, the Armenians in general, and Russia. Azerbaijan has never hidden that it hates us. “It is openly shown at the highest state level, but the Azerbaijani leadership does not speak openly about its attitude towards the Russians, but, so to speak, they act from below, sponsoring anti-Russian statements, rallies, etc.,” he wrote.
