Acting President of the Republic Alen Simonyan received on 9 March the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin. Issues related to regional security were touched upon during the meeting.
The President’s Office reported.
Both sides highlighted and highly assessed the Armenian-Russian allied relations. They also exchanged views on regional cooperation and the development of inter-parliamentary relations.
The meeting focused on the importance of political dialogue and negotiations on conflict resolution.
