Artsakh will never be part of Azerbaijan, at the sitting of the commission of the “Euronest” Parliamentary Assembly, in which the Azerbaijani delegation also participates, stated the Secretary of the NA “With Honor” Faction Hayk Mamijanyan.

According to the Armenian parliamentarian, Baku thinks that there is no conflict in Karabakh.

“The creative approach is always welcome. And, as you know, Azerbaijan has its own unique style of creativity. The way for Azerbaijan to solve the problems is to ignore their existence. According to Azerbaijan, there is no Nagorno Karabakh conflict, no prisoners of war, no use of prohibited weapons during the 2020 war, no destruction of cultural heritage and at the moment it is not being destroyed, no terrorist groups in Artsakh, there have been no armed forces in the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia and there are none at the moment. This is a very interesting way to solve problems – to ignore the problem.

I address my words to the Azerbaijani delegation: there is no ostrich in the nature in the South Caucasus, and acting according to the ostrich policy, saying that by not seeing, denying the problems, there can be no future.

The establishment of the right of the people of Artsakh to self-determination is inevitable.

And as a summary of my speech, I would like to quote the words of the former President of the Republic of Armenia, who is now being persecuted by the Azerbaijani dictators and the powers of our native country, Armenia. “Artsakh will never be part of Azerbaijan,” the opposition MP stated.
