Applications addressed to the RA Human Rights Defender and media monitoring prove that a rest period prescribed by law is often not provided to the employee.

The Office of the Human Rights Defender reported.

Taking into account the statistics of the applications, the RA Human Rights Defender published an informative video on the legislative regulations related to the employee’s rest time.

The video was prepared through the assistance of the Foreign Ministry of Bulgaria within the framework of the “Capacity Building of the Human Rights Defender’s Office of the Republic of Armenia” Project.
