The leader of the “Yerkir Tsirani” Party, Zaruhi Postanjyan, and her husband, Suren Drampyan, have filed a lawsuit in the Administrative Court against the Police, the Ministry of Health, the Labor Inspectorate, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Finance.

The court rejected Postanjyan and her husband’s lawsuit. The plaintiffs appealed to the Administrative Court of Appeal. On 31 January, the decision of the Court of Appeal was published, which left the decision of the first instance unchanged.
It should be reminded that according to the claim, the employees of the above-mentioned bodies threatened the plaintiffs with hospitalization and isolation at “Zvartnots” airport. Postanjyan and her husband demand to recognize the actions of hospitalization, isolation attempt as illegal, to compensate the non-material moral damage, which amounts to 1 million drams for each plaintiff, that is, a total of 2 million drams.
