“Dear Colleagues,

A few days ago, I made a public invitation to the Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Ruben Vardazaryan. Due to the fact that I received a positive response to the invitation, the date and time of the meeting were agreed upon.

The discussion will take place on 11 February, 2022 in the hall 334 of the National Assembly, at 14:00. The discussion refers to the subject matter of the activity of the Inquiry Committee established by the force of law: de facto abolition of the electronic case registration system and disciplinary proceedings against judges. Other threats to the independence of the judiciary will also be discussed. The discussion will be open to everyone and public.”
