On 9 February, at around 10:45 pm, the officers of “Sevan” penitentiary of the RA Ministry of Justice during a regular tour of the residential area, noticed a body of a convict H.A. born in 1999, hanging on a bedsheet in the gym.
The penitentiary service of the Ministry of Justice reported.
In order to find out the circumstances of the case, a criminal case was initiated in the Kotayk Regional Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee, a forensic medical examination was appointed.
