The Supreme Judicial Council signed a decision on 7 February, which states:

The powers of Judge Artur Albert Margaryan of the Court of First Instance of Aragatsotn Region are considered terminated from 7 February, 2022.”

It should be reminded that earlier the SJC had issued a statement:

“We would like to inform that there is one vacancy for a civil specialization judge in the Court of First Instance of Aragatsotn Marz.

Judges of the courts of first instance with the relevant specialization may, in accordance with the procedure established by the Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia, submit an application for transfer within the timeframe to be appointed to the mentioned vacancy for consideration of their candidacy.”

Note: Applications may be submitted until 10 February, 2022 inclusive.
