The plane with the prisoners of war was met at the airport by French Ambassador to Armenia Anne Louyot on behalf of the French Government and Head of the EU Delegation to Andrea Wiktorin.
The RA Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan greeted the participants, who in his speech highly assessed the assistance rendered this urgent humanitarian issue.
