On 3 February, Officers of the Central Police Department found 59-year-old Armen Kh. Found in the Republic Square andand brought to the Police department. The latter had been wanted since 3 January on charges of Article 259 of the RA Criminal Code (making a false report about terrorism)․

The police reported.
