On 31 January, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision approving the list of public administration system and other bodies included in the Armenian side of the joint commission between the Governments of Armenia and Qatar.

Deputy Prime Minister Hambardzum Matevosyan has been appointed chairman of the Armenian side of the Commission. The Deputy Chairman of the Armenian side of the Commission is the Deputy Minister coordinating the relevant sphere of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Secretary is the Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Ministry of Administration and Infrastructure.
