The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed, difficult-to-pass roads in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
In Aragatsotn Maerz, the roads leading from “Amberd” high mountain meteorological station to Amberd fortress and Kari Lake are closed.
Vardenyats mountain pass is closed for trucks with trailers, difficult to pass for other vehicles (snowstorm).
The roads of Syunik Marz are icy in places.

According to the information received from the Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the North Ossetian Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
Drivers are advised to drive exclusively with winter tires.
