The State Emergency Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Artsakh Republic informs that today the sappers carried out reconnaissance work in the area adjacent to the “Krkjan” district of Stepanakert.

The sappers of the State Emergency Service received an alarm from a resident of “Krkjan” district of Stepanakert, went to the mentioned area to find unexploded ordnance early this morning, carried out reconnaissance works, during which 4 cluster bombs and 1 air bomb were found.

The found ammunition was taken to a safe place and destroyed.

It should be noted that the sappers of the State Emergency Situations Service provide round-the-clock enhanced service in all regions of the country.
