According to the protocol signed by Yerevan Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan, the powers Shushana Sirakanyan and Armen Manukyan members of Council of Elders of Yerevan city were considered terminated.

The members of the Council of Elders resigned.

Both of them applied for a position incompatible with the membership of the Council of Elders.
