The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed, difficult-to-pass roads in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

The road leading from Amberd fortress to Kari Lake in Aragatsotn Marz is closed.

Vardenyats mountain pass (snowstorm) is closed for trucks with trailers, difficult to pass for other vehicles.

Gyumri-Amasia and Gyumri-Bavra (snowstorm) highways of the Amasia region of the Shirak Marz are difficult to pass.

It is snowing in Syunik Marz (except for Kapan city), Hrazdan city of Kotayk Marz, Talin, Aparan and Aragats reregions of Aragatsotn Marz, Tigranashen bends of Ararat Marz and in the highlands of Vayots Dzor Marz.

The Aparan-Aragats highway of Aragatsotn Marz is icy.

There is fog in Ashtarak town of Aragatsotn Marz.

According to the information received from the Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the North Ossetian Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles. There are about 150 accumulated trucks on the Russian side.

Drivers are advised to drive exclusively with winter tires.
