“In his speech, Aliyev touched upon the changes being carried out in Azerbaijan, personnel changes, the fight against corruption in great detail.
Aliyev spoke in great detail about the rise in prices in the country, tried to justify the inflation, as he promised to implement social programs.
From the very beginning, Aliyev is trying to prevent a possible political crisis in Azerbaijan, the bases of which are comparable in different ways to the current situation in Kazakhstan.
Just the fact that a large number of Azerbaijani citizens took part in terrorist acts in different countries, and many of them are in Azerbaijan at the moment, or the fact that the presence of active or passive units of various extremist groups in that country has been repeatedly mentioned, is enough to cause an explosion at any moment.
If we add to this the wealth of the country accumulated in the hands of several clans, the extreme polarization of the society, the disproportionate development of the country, then everything falls into place.
Aliyev really has reasons to think and to be worried about.
