Tonoyan is accused of embezzling 2,277,323,840 AMD, falsifications, committing publicly dangerous acts. Detention against him was chosen as a measureof restraint. Davit Galstyan, the head of the company supplying weapons to Armenia, and Stepan Galstyan, the deputy chief of the General Staff, are also accused in this case, and they are also detained.
Stepan Galstyan and Davit Galstyan were arrested within the framework of the criminal case under investigation in the process of supplying ammunition for the needs of the RA Armed Forces, especially in cases of large-scale embezzlement. Davtyan was charged in the same case.
