Unvaccinated or untested persons will not be able to enter a number of places: Anahit Avanesyan’s order

The Order No. 02-N of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia has been published. Upon entering the site, spectators of operating organizations must present either a test or a vaccination certificate using the QR code or a paper version emitted from the mobile application.

This requirement does not apply to pregnant women, those with an absolute contraindication, and those with a history of coronavirus (COVID-19) who have a positive PCR test up to 90 days old.

The order states that visitors (except for persons under 18 years of age presenting an identity document, pregnant women presenting a medical document on pregnancy, documenting an absolute contraindication for those with a proven absolute contraindication, as well as those with a history of coronavirus (COVID-19), within 90 days from the first positive result of the PCR examination, in case of presenting a certificate issued from the ARMED Unified Electronic Health Information System confirming the first positive result of the diagnosis of coronavirus (COVID-19), only a maximum of 72 hours old certificate is entered, or a certificate from the World Health Organization (WHO) Pre-Qualified Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) for rapid detection of a 24-hour test negative antigen issued by the ARMED e-Health Unified Information System in accordance with Minister of Health Order No. 4379 of 10 December, 2020 , either by vaccination certificate, by mobile application rapid response code (QR code) or by paper version exported from mobile application.

The order came into force on 8 January; the mentioned restrictions will come into force on 23 January.
