The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed, difficult-to-pass roads in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
The road leading from Amberd fortress to Kari lake in Aragatsotn region is closed.
Vardenyats mountain pass is difficult to pass .
The Yerevan-Sevan highway, Tigranashen bends of Ararat region, Aragatsotn, Gegharkunik regions, Gyumri-Bavra and Artik-Alagyaz highways of Shirak region are icy in places.

According to the information received from the Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the North Ossetian Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
