A definite order is set for administrating and incurring punishment. The order ensures correction of the convicted, realization of the obligations and implementation of the military service requirements, protection of rights and legal interests, control over the convict, personal safety of the serviceman and the personnel of the disciplinary battalion.
The convict shall keep the requirements of internal regulations of the disciplinary battalion established by the state authorized body. The command of the disciplinary battalion shall carry out for the convicts the trainings on physical and military preparedness established by the state authorized body
In addition to the main corrective measures, other corrective measures stipulated by the requirements of the military service may also be applied to the serviceman.
