Arthur Vanetsyan, a member of the “I have Honor” Faction of the National Assembly, was summoned to the National Security Service today, on 15 December. Sos Sragsyan, spokesperson of the “Fatherland” Party told Iravaban.net.
According to him, Vanetsyan was summoned to the NSS as a witness, but he cannot say in what case, as it is a preliminary investigation secret.
Hakobyan assured that the interrogation of Arthur Vanetsyan in the NSS today has nothing to do with the accusations made against him before.
It should be reminded that Artur Vanetsyan was charged with Article 35-300, Part 1 (Usurping state power), Article 35-305 (preparation of assassination of a state, political or public figure committed in order to terminate the activities of the latter).
