The State Commission for Protection of Competition has initiated proceedings against Yerevan Municipality and a number of economic entities.
The Commission found that the behavior of the Yerevan Municipality and a number of economic entities within the framework of the procurement procedures organized for the acquisition of asphalt concrete pavement repair works in Yerevan in 2017-2021 may contain features of anti-competitive agreement, coordination of economic activities, as well as anti-competitive actions or behavior of state bodies and their officials.
