Judge Gayane Mazmanyan will not be subjected to disciplinary liability

The Supreme Judicial Council rejected the motion of the Ministry of Justice to subject to disciplinary liability Gayane Mazmanyan, Judge of the Court of First Instance of Yerevan.

The Ministry of Justice claimed that Mazmanyan had committed violations in her verdict in 2019.
