ADMINISTRATIVE COURT TO HOLD COURT SITTING ON OBLIGATION TO WEAR A MASK IN OPEN AREAS

The 1st sub-clause of the 1st clause of the RA Minister of Health Order N 81-N of 28.10.2021 stipulates that “It is obligatory to wear a mask in open public areas when being outside the residential area of ​​the place of residence.”

We are challenging this normative provision in the RA Administrative Court.

The RA Administrative Court with a composition of 5 judges, on 18.11.2021 made a decision to move from the written procedure to the oral procedure of the case and appointed a court session on 13 December, 2021, at 17:15, in the building of the RA Administrative Court (address: 23 G.
