The director of the School of Advocates Ara Zohrabyan wrote on his Facebook page:
ADMINISTRATIVE COURT TO HOLD COURT SITTING ON OBLIGATION TO WEAR A MASK IN OPEN AREAS
The 1st sub-clause of the 1st clause of the RA Minister of Health Order N 81-N of 28.10.2021 stipulates that “It is obligatory to wear a mask in open public areas when being outside the residential area of the place of residence.”
We are challenging this normative provision in the RA Administrative Court.
The RA Administrative Court with a composition of 5 judges, on 18.11.2021 made a decision to move from the written procedure to the oral procedure of the case and appointed a court session on 13 December, 2021, at 17:15, in the building of the RA Administrative Court (address: 23 G. Nzhdeh str., Yerevan), courtroom #1,” he noted.
