The “Armenia” Alliance has issued a statement stating that the three deputies of the parliamentary faction will be released. The Constitutional Court recently announced the decision on the immunity of deputies.

“The Constitutional Court, in fact, stated that a person who does not have the status of a deputy in prison cannot be kept in prison from the moment he acquires the status of a deputy. Immediately after this decision of the Constitutional Court, the pre-trial detention of our three colleagues, Armen Charchyan, Mkhitar Zakaryan, Arthur Sargsyan, must be changed, they must be released,” the statement reads.
